业主要求燃料电池中心的地面必须同时满足三个条件:

1、采取导(防)静电措施;

2、受摩擦、撞击不发生火花;

3、防火等级为A1

Bosch invested a fuel cell center in Wuxi,
China, which paves the way for technology breakthroughs in their application in
both commercial vehicles and passenger cars. As the first of its kind outside
of Germany, the fuel cell center in Wuxi marks another strategic step for Bosch
in boosting the widespread manufacture and adoption of fuel cell products.

The facility management specified the
flooring of the fuel cell center to meet three specifications simultaneously:

  1. 1.electrostatic discharges

  2. 2.non-sparking

  3. 3.fire resistance A1

传统方案的挑战 The Challenge

环氧聚氨酯等树脂地坪材料不能满足A1级不燃材料的要求。

传统的水泥基不发火地坪设计采用软质的白云石骨料满足不发火功能要求,但是施工完成面的均匀度较差且伴随开裂和龟裂,地坪的耐磨性能差导致频繁维修。

Resinous flooring is screened out as it
cannot meet the fire resistance requirement.

Concrete screed can be designed as non-sparking
screed by incorporating soft aggregate such as dolomite, nevertheless it
appears to be a non-homogeneous appearance as well as random crack. Poor
abrasion resistance leads to short life span.

优砾科解决方案 The solution 

该项目采用15mm优砾科高性能混凝土地坪系统,分两步施工。第一步采用轨道梁分仓作业摊铺10mm高性能混凝土找平基层,第二步施工5mm高性能混凝土自流平面层精细找平,实现无缝地坪铺装,表观度均匀一致,同时满足静电耗散和不不发火地面的功能性需求,赛纳涂釉面防护涂层罩面防油易清洁。

A two stage 15mm UNIKRETE High Performance
Concrete was the chosen method to install the ESD & Non-Sparking surface of
Fuel Cell Centre. The first stage 10mm HPC screed was installed by guide rail
to ensure the sound substrate for HPC thin overlay, the second stage 5mm HPC overlayment
was installed by self levelling method ensuring jointless surfacing and
homogeneous surface, and more importantly to meet the functional requirement of
both ESD and non-sparking performance. The surface is coated by CERAGUARD
ceramic coating for stain resistance.
