1产品简介/Product Overview

优砾科 ® S40 高性能结构抗渗砂浆是一种预拌干混水泥基防水砂浆，以高强无机胶凝材料、精选级配骨料、矿物功能填料、低收缩改性助剂及增强纤维复合配制而成。本品设计用于 5–30 mm 厚度的结构防水抹灰层（Cementitious Tanking Mortar），在新建或既有混凝土基层上形成致密、高强、抗渗、抗开裂的结构性防水屏障。UNIKRETE® S40 is a pre-bagged, dry-mix cementitious waterproofing mortar formulated from high-strength inorganic binders, selected graded aggregates, mineral functional fillers, low-shrinkage modifying admixtures and reinforcing fibres. It is designed for structural waterproofing render (cementitious tanking mortar) at a thickness of 5–30 mm, providing a dense, high-strength, impermeable and crack-resistant structural waterproof barrier over new or existing concrete substrates.

储存条件：存放于干燥、阴凉、通风良好的库房，以托盘离地存放。严防受潮、淋雨及与地面直接接触。Storage: Store in a dry, cool, well-ventilated area, raised off the floor on pallets. Protect from moisture, rain and direct contact with the ground.

保质期：原装未开封、阴凉密封储存条件下，自生产日期起 6 个月。Shelf life: 6 months from date of manufacture in unopened, original packaging stored under cool, sealed conditions.
