1产品简介/Product Overview

优砾科 ® S10W 聚合物改性防水找平腻子是一种双组分水泥基防水找平材料，由白色水泥、精选矿物功能填料与高性能聚合物乳液复合配制而成。本品为白色体系，不含骨料，粉料细腻均匀，专为 1–2 mm 薄层防水找平设计，兼具防水屏障与精细找平双重功能，侧重于内外墙高性能墙面的精细找平，同时兼顾潮湿环境应用。UNIKRETE® S10W is a two-component polymer-modified cementitious waterproofing levelling skim coat formulated from white cement, selected mineral functional fillers and high-performance polymer emulsion. This white system contains no aggregates, with an ultra-fine uniform powder composition. It is designed for thin-layer waterproofing and fine levelling at 1–2 mm thickness, delivering the dual functions of waterproof barrier and precision levelling, with a primary focus on high-performance interior and exterior wall finishing, while also suitable for damp environment applications.

4包装与储存/Packaging & Storage

包装规格： 白色粉料 30kg 纸袋 + 配套聚合物乳液桶装。Packaging: 25 kg white powder in paper bags + matching polymer emulsion in plastic drums.

储存条件： 存放于干燥、阴凉、通风良好的库房，以托盘离地存放。严防受潮、淋雨及与地面直接接触。乳液组分须防冻保存，储存温度不低于 5 °C。Storage: Store in a dry, cool, well-ventilated area, raised off the floor on pallets. Protect from moisture, rain and direct contact with the ground. Emulsion component must be protected from frost; storage temperature not below 5 °C.

保质期： 原装未开封、阴凉密封储存条件下，自生产日期起 6 个月。Shelf life: 6 months from date of manufacture in unopened, original packaging stored under cool, sealed conditions.
