1产品简介/Product Overview

优砾科 ® G30F 为灌注式半柔性路面（PSFP）专用高性能水泥基灌浆砂浆，专为大空隙母体沥青混合料一体化复合地坪系统开发。产品采用特种低收缩胶凝体系、高效超塑化功能组分复合改性配方，现场添加洁净清水搅拌即可制备高流动、高渗透、零离析稳定浆体，依靠自流性能充分填充沥青内部连通空隙。固化后形成刚柔协同复合路面结构，兼具沥青骨架柔性降噪、抗车辙与灌浆砂浆高强、抗渗、抗盐蚀、抗冻裂多重优势，界面粘结牢固不脱层；适配市政道路、重载厂区、桥梁隧道、港口物流等长寿命重载铺面工程。UNIKRETE® G30F is high-performance cementitious grouting mortar specially developed for poured semi-flexible pavement (PSFP) monolithic composite asphalt surfacing system, designed for high-void porous matrix asphalt mixture (PMA). Formulated with special low-shrinkage cementitious system and high-efficiency superplasticizer modifiers, it can be mixed with clean tap water on-site to form high-flow, high-permeability, segregation-free stable slurry that fully fills connected voids inside asphalt skeleton via self-flowing property. After curing, it forms rigid-flexible integrated composite pavement structure combining the merits of asphalt skeleton (flexibility, noise reduction & rutting resistance) and grouting mortar (high strength, impermeability, salt & freeze-thaw resistance) with strong interfacial bonding without delamination. It serves heavy-duty long-life paving projects including municipal roads, industrial yards, bridges, tunnels and port logistics zones.

4包装与储存/Packaging & Storage

包装规格：30kg 防潮纸袋包装；1000kg 吨袋散装可选；储存条件：存放于阴凉干燥通风库房，物料离地垫高堆放，全程防潮防雨；保质期：原装未开封、阴凉密封储存条件下 6 个月。Packaging Specification: 30kg moisture-proof paper bags; 1000kg bulk jumbo bags available as alternative; Storage Condition: Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, stack materials raised off ground, fully protected from moisture and rain; Shelf Life: 6 months for unopened original packages under cool sealed storage environment.
