1产品简介/Product Overview

优砾科 ® FT40 高性能找平耐磨地坪砂浆是一种预拌干混水泥基地坪材料，以高强无机胶凝材料、精选级配天然耐磨骨料、矿物功能填料及低收缩改性助剂复合配制而成。本品设计用于 40–60 mm 厚度的重型耐磨面层 + 找平层一体化浇筑，适用于粘结式、非粘结式及浮动式三类地坪构造体系。UNIKRETE® FT40 is a pre-bagged, dry-mix cementitious floor screed formulated from high-strength inorganic binders, selected graded natural wear-resistant aggregates, mineral functional fillers and low-shrinkage modifying admixtures. It is designed for monolithic placement of heavy-duty wearing course and leveling course at a thickness of 40–60 mm, suitable for bonded, unbonded and floating screed systems.

4包装与储存/Packaging & Storage

包装规格： 25 kg 纸袋；1,000 kg 吨袋（Jumbo Bag）。Packaging: 25 kg paper bags; 1,000 kg jumbo bags.

储存条件： 存放于干燥、阴凉、通风良好的库房，以托盘离地存放。严防受潮、淋雨及与地面直接接触。Storage: Store in a dry, cool, well-ventilated area, raised off the floor on pallets. Protect from moisture, rain and direct contact with the ground.

保质期： 原装未开封、阴凉密封储存条件下，自生产日期起 6 个月。Shelf life: 6 months from date of manufacture in unopened, original packaging stored under cool, sealed conditions.
