现有城市生活垃圾转运站混凝土地面缺乏有效的抗渗抗腐蚀能力,且耐磨、耐久性差,投入使用2-3年就需要大修养护。采用混凝土地面修复方案维修周期8-10周,严重影响垃圾转运系统的正常运行。采用沥青混凝土方案维修周期短,但沥青混凝土耐磨性能和抗渗性能均不能满足使用需求。

本案例是与项目业主的合作科研项目,研发一种城市生活垃圾转运站地坪结构的创新构造系统。此系统兼顾抗重型荷载、耐持久性磨损性能,尤其满足抗渗、耐酸碱腐蚀等功能性需求。且能够大幅度延长养护周期,大修养护从现有2-3年提升到8-10年;并且大幅度缩短维修周期,维修周期从现有8-10周缩短到2-3周。同时在青浦区香花桥基地进行示范性建设。

It appeared to be a daunting challenge to
have the flooring of waste transfer station rehabilitated since the Waste
Classification policy implementation. The flooring in service is concrete slab
which has been deteriorated with the abrasion of heavy-duty trucks as well as
the corrasion of liquid waste. Currently operational team report the needs of
rehabilitation 2-3 years after commissioning of waste station. It takes 8-10
weeks to reinstall the flooring by concrete paving which is unrealistic as it
is not an option to have waste transfer station out of service for such a long
time. Asphalt pavement could be a quick alternative nevertheless the
permeability and durability are key consideration to have the option ruled out.

Project owner reached out for a joint
development program to generate a sound solution in aiming to increase the
service life of the flooring from current 2-3 years to over 10 years,
concurrently the quick turnaround is a prerequisite, cutting down lead time
from 8 weeks to 2 weeks. Xianghuaqiao transfer station was chosen to install
the new system as pilot project of the joint development program.

优砾科解决方案 The solution 


该项目采用40mm优砾科半柔性灌浆地坪系统,分两步施工。第一步采用摊铺40mm大孔隙沥青混凝土骨架,整体找平。第二步灌注高性能混凝土浆料填充骨架孔隙形成整体无缝的类似花岗岩的地坪面层,研磨抛光。

A 40mm UNIKRETE SFP(Semi-Flexible Pavement)system was the chosen
method to rehab the floor surfacing. Firstly a 40mm OGFC(Open Grade Fiction Course)with porosity of
25-30% is installed. Secondly HPC grout fill up the porous area of the skeleton
to form a homogeneous granolithic flooring surface which is further processed
by grinding and polishing.
