1系统概述/System Overview

楼地面一体化磨石系统基于优砾科 FT40 高性能找平耐磨地坪砂浆,将传统水磨石楼地面的“找平层 + 面层”两层做法合并为一次浇筑的一体化层,并配套 EC26 水性环氧水泥界面剂与纳米陶瓷罩面,实现减薄、减重、高强、抗渗的装饰性耐磨楼地面。系统总厚度约 25 mm(不含结构层),相比传统现制水磨石(45~50 mm)大幅减薄。The Integrated Terrazzo Floor System is based on UNIKRETE® FT40 High-Performance Levelling and Wearing Floor Screed, combining the conventional two-layer “levelling + wearing” terrazzo construction into a single monolithic poured layer, together with EC26 Waterborne Epoxy Cement Primer and nano-ceramic topcoat, delivering a thinner, lighter, high-strength, impermeable decorative wearing floor. Total system thickness is approx. 25 mm (excluding the structural slab), substantially thinner than conventional cast-in-situ terrazzo (45–50 mm).
